To build and maintain effective financial plans for our planning clients, we utilize everything from custom Excel sheets to planning software and tools. Our software and tech tools allow for us to illustrate planning concepts in a variety of ways and to give clients a place to access all the various accounts and products that make up their financial plan.

AdviceWorks is our client portal to view all of the accounts we manage and any others they wish to link up. You can link investment accounts outside our firm such as your 401(k) as well as credit cards, bank accounts, other assets, and liabilities. Use this to simply view your accounts online or make it your one-stop place to view your entire financial picture.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I agree. I now use Asset-Map® to create a visual experience that displays your entire financial picture, from who is in your plan, what you have, how it’s owned, what you want, and what your plan for the future is. The Asset-Map® process can help us make more informed decisions together about how to build and implement your plan for the future.

I’ll never turn away someone because they don’t have enough assets to set up managed investments. Sometimes, people just want an hour with a skilled professional to gain some insight or direction. Using AdvicePay, I am able to do hourly consultations or project work, without the commitment to ever investing with our team.

I have found that almost all clients prefer text communication for quick, one-off questions or correspondence as opposed to calls or emails. I use MyRepChat to compliantly text with my clients. It also serves as a business cell that clients can call vs calling into the office.
